When your games repeatedly advertise the opportunity to win significant amounts of money and make cashing out sound easy it naturally gives people hope that the money is actually attainable. I’ve “won” thousands of dollars playing your games, yet I have been unable to successfully cash out any of it. Instead, I’ve had to jump through hoops and complete various steps, all while continuing to watch countless advertisements. Your ads specifically promote helping people in need and suggest that cashing out is simple. That has absolutely not been my experience. At this point, I’m seriously questioning whether these advertised winnings are realistically obtainable for players at all. Meanwhile, your company continues to generate revenue from the advertisements we are required to watch while playing. If the money cannot actually be withdrawn under reasonable and clearly disclosed conditions, then advertising these winnings to people who may genuinely be struggling financially feels incredibly misleading. I would appreciate a clear explanation of exactly what is required to withdraw the money I have supposedly won, why I have been unable to do so, and how many players actually successfully cash out the amounts advertised in your games.
