## What is Journey?

Journey gives buyers, sellers, and homeowners a plan they can actually use: the current step, what's waiting on you, and what your team is already handling.

YOUR PLAN, YOUR PACE
Your route changes with your goal, timing, readiness, and current stage, not a generic checklist that doesn't fit your situation.

TASKS AND DOCUMENT REQUESTS
Complete work in the step where it belongs, and see exactly when a document you've shared has moved to your team's review.

PLANNING WITHOUT FALSE CERTAINTY
Goal homes, savings progress, home records, and estimates are kept separate from professional advice and formal approvals, so you always know what's a plan and what's a fact.

FOR HOMEOWNERS
Track your home's value and equity history, follow a maintenance plan built for your home's age and systems, and keep records in one place.

HELP IN CONTEXT
Ask for help directly from your plan. If a lender, title professional, or contractor is brought in, they see only the specific request they were invited to handle, nothing else about your file.

ONE CONNECTED RECORD
Your realtor, your documents, your messages, and your next step stay together, so you're never re-explaining where things stand.
