I am excited to continue using it to unlock even more. ### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work *2026-05-17* I was super excited to try Journey. I started making my account through an ad on Facebook. Once I put in a bit of my information, it suggested I download the app. When I tried to login on the app, I typed in my phone number on the first page and my access code on the second page, but when I try to proceed to the third page, it loops me back to the first page. I’ve probably try a dozen times. I also can’t create a new account because when I try to do that, it says there’s already an account linked to my phone number. ### 5/5 — Loving it! *2026-03-21* The new app is incredible! Just checked it out again to explore hotels for summer travel and it’s now AMAZING. They’ve got like 2,000 properties now and you can use your credit card to earn points (like your Amex) and also get Journey Points. You can’t transfer them yet… But pretty awesome to earn and burn points at places that aren’t Marriott’s and Hilton’s.
