The program assists providers by offering the support and guidance needed to make behaviors and lifestyle changes to positively impact Metabolic Health. Journeys Metabolic can be recommended by a doctor and serve as an extension of primary care into the home.  Journeys Metabolic does not treat or diagnose medical conditions. The app makes use Readout Health's Biosense ketone device, which has regulatory clearance for use in the United States.
