You need 20 diamonds to make one singular star decision and the only way to earn it is through watching ads. And that would be fine if each ad watch got you those 20 diamonds back, but the most you can receive is 4 every given episode completion. So you’ll never have enough to make good decisions each episode. However, the single WORST thing about this game is that, even if you complete a full game and want to play through it again to make different decisions, you have to actually spend MORE tickets and diamonds. That is ridiculous beyond belief. The LEAST the game designers could do is allow any story game that is completed by the player to be free so that more fun can be had with additional exploration. Nobody is going to want to replay any of the stories if they have to either pay for additional tickets and diamonds or suffer through a million ads just to try to earn back enough diamonds and tickets to do it. It’s pure lunacy. I hope the game developers can at least update it so that any completed story is free for players to replay with unlimited choices. It feels like watching lighthearted rom-com shows. The thing is, is that this app is wayyyyy more buggier than what it used to be years ago. I can’t even watch ads anymore to gain diamonds nor can I complete quests since they “refresh” even when the 24 hour timer hasn’t been up. Every time I enter the app, it keeps saying to “reload” because of connection issues. Then, when I had a pass refilled and clicked on a new episode it took me to the previous episode so I had to repurchase the premium choice that I made. I claimed tickets from Quest Rewards, started an episode, immediately ‘Lost Connection’, then I restarted the game and tickets disappeared. I’ve also watched a bunch of ads and some diamonds disappeared while the episode progress went back 2-3 episodes somehow when I opened the game next time. Even withOUT getting my tickets back. Ridiculous how I had to spend another few tickets to go through the same episodes. And waste my time again. And every time I clicked on restart episode to change a choice, it would always say ‘lost connection’ and I had to restart the game. Also wasted my time when I found out that it doesn’t let you restart the whole episode, it only let you go back one scenario. And once you start a new scenario even just one second, you won’t be able to go back to the last scenario if the choice was in another place, say like hotel/restaurant. I’ve contacted game support so many times but only received one automatic response.
