She’s 5 weeks old and I was constantly uploading to Joy to keep family members updated with how she’s growing etc etc. However the latest bug fix has broken the App completely for me, it won’t load at all. I’ve tried updating my device (it’s using the latest software), tried deleting the app and downloading it again (that doesn’t work). Emailed the Joy support team and got sent a link to try and log in on the website based app, tried this and got taken to the App Store to download the App, which again wouldn’t open. Absolutely gutted because I used to like just browsing through the pictures myself randomly and now I can’t.
