When I originally purchased it I was thrilled with the quality of both the product and the app. The app made the literal exercises fun. It had a cute avatar that would be lifting weights and gave a nice visual for how much effort / strength you were and using for the exercises. You even had the option of saving your progress so you could track and see how your muscles have strengthened over time. THIS NEW APP IS COMPLETELY WORTHLESS! You can’t tell if you’re doing the excercises correctly, if your making improvements, the only thing it does it adjust vibration pattern. So disappointed in the changes, I’ll be porches other product from elsewhere and changing my Amazon review. ### 1/5 — Used to work. *2023-08-02, version 1.0* When I originally bought this product several years ago the app worked and had games and exercises. Hadn’t used it in a while and came back to find it no longer even has exercises. Just “massage” option.
