I spent approximately $350 AUD on items that I never received, and what makes it worse is the complete lack of accountability from their side. The issue started when the package was shipped with the wrong address on the label. This is not a minor mistake—this is a basic responsibility of the sender. Because of this error, the package could not be delivered and was eventually returned to sender, as confirmed by the logistics provider. Since then, I have been stuck in an endless loop between Joyagoo and their logistics partner. Joyagoo continues to shift the blame onto the logistics company, while the logistics provider has clearly stated that the package has already been returned and that the matter is now entirely in the sender’s hands. Despite this, Joyagoo refuses to take responsibility or provide a clear resolution. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue, reaching out repeatedly, explaining the situation in detail, and asking for either a reshipment or a refund. Instead of taking ownership, they continue to redirect me back to the logistics provider, who has already confirmed they can do nothing further. This back-and-forth has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely unprofessional. At this point, it feels like customer support is either poorly trained or intentionally avoiding responsibility. There is no clear communication, no real effort to fix the issue, and no respect for the customer’s time or money. For a company handling hundreds of dollars per order, this level of service is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but what defines a business is how they handle those mistakes—and in this case, Joyagoo has failed completely. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this platform. If something goes wrong, do not expect accountability, support, or a proper resolution. Based on my experience, you are taking a significant risk with your money. This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had, and unless this is resolved properly, I will not be using this service again. Just stay away!
