## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Disappointed by Lack of Functionality and Support

*2025-12-22*

As an early user and investor, I had high hopes for the Joyajoy app. Unfortunately, the experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing. While the concept itself is promising—combining AI-assisted education with a personalized learning approach—the actual execution falls far short of what was represented.

Based on my personal experience, the founder, Argon Chan, failed to deliver a functional product or meaningful progress despite repeated assurances. I invested $50,000 in reliance on those representations, yet I was never provided with a working demo or tangible results, and my requests for accountability and repayment have gone unresolved.

This review reflects my firsthand experience and is shared to caution others to conduct thorough due diligence before engaging with this platform.

### 5/5 — Helpful for focus (dyslexia-friendly design)

*2026-03-12*

### 5/5 — Perfect for language learners

*2026-03-12*

*2026-03-12*

I love that it can auto-select the best AI model depending on the question. It saves time and the responses feel more accurate than sticking to only one assistant.

### 5/5 — Nice design and features

*2026-03-11*

Easy to use and focused on learning. More UI language options would be appreciated.

Even doing a few 1‑minute practices a day adds up. My recall is noticeably better, and the games keep me motivated.

### 5/5 — Great all-in-one assistant

## Most praised reviews (1 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — More than just a chatbot

JOYAJOY goes beyond answering questions— it helps me learn, memorize, and review. That “Ask · Learn · Memorize & Review” method actually works.
