The moment the gold price dropped significantly, my entire gold scheme disappeared from the app. I was simply told at 11 am that the IT team is working on it and asked to wait till 6pm in the evening. If there is a technical issue, there should be an alternative way for customers to access their accounts or verify their holdings. Telling customers to “just wait” is not an acceptable solution when people’s money is involved. ### 2/5 — Initial login *2026-03-21, version 3.14.5* Initial login was a challenge.
