The moment the gold price dropped significantly, my entire gold scheme disappeared from the app. I was simply told at 11 am that the IT team is working on it and asked to wait till 6pm in the evening. If there is a technical issue, there should be an alternative way for customers to access their accounts or verify their holdings.
