## What is JoyBuddy?

You know what to do. You cannot start. JoyBuddy fixes the start.

Type or say the task you have been avoiding. Finn, the app's AI helper, gives you one small physical step. Not a plan. Not a list. One step you can do right now.

Too big? Tap Need help: Make it smaller, Show me how, or Try another way. Finn changes the step instead of cheering louder.

You say when you started. Only you. "I started" marks a start. "I finished" marks it done. "Not yet" is allowed and nothing is lost.

Leave and come back. Your last step is saved. Home shows Resume for a week.

Finn remembers what helped, but only when you say so. After a session Finn may ask to remember one thing. You can see, edit, or forget every line.

- First session free. Up to ten active minutes. No sign-in, no card.
- Voice or typing. Hold to talk; release to send. Typing works the same.
- Your tasks, your words, and Finn's memory stay on your phone.
- No streaks, no scores, no guilt.
- JoyBuddy Plus: sessions any time, and starts planned for later. At that time your phone rings. It is Finn. Answer, and you start. Yearly with a 7-day free trial, or monthly.

JoyBuddy is an AI, not a person, and not medical care. For adults 18 and older. If you are in crisis, call 988 in the US or your local emergency number.

JoyBuddy Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, billed yearly or monthly through your Apple Account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. It renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings.
