L’App JoyFood permette di:
-          Visualizzare l’offerta del menu del giorno
-          Visualizzare le caratteristiche delle ricette con ingredienti e allergeni
-          Prenotare ed acquistare il proprio menu tramite Elior Card, Carta di credito e Paypal
-          Ricaricare l’Elior Card prepagata tramite Carta di credito e Paypal

Ad ogni ordine confermato deve ricaricare tutto il menu, non cambia il giorno della prenotazione , è ovvio che se ho prenotato già il 6 non posso più prenotare nulla , e poi il login ogni 15 giorni anche no !! Manco fosse l’app della banca !!!

Quando apri l’applicazione ti da sempre l’errore che non puoi più prenotare per la giornata, devi sempre andare nel giorno seguente e poi tornare indietro…. Rischiando sempre di sbagliare poi giornata se si fà di fretta. Assurdo che chi programma la applicazione non la provi prima di rilasciarla….

Ultima novità di quest’anno 2024. Io ordino le cose, vengono spedite, e il giorno del ritiro sono sparite alcune pietanze dalla prenotazione. La prima volta ho pensato di aver sbagliato qualcosa, ma adesso siamo alla quarta volta nonostante che dalla prima volta io abbia controllato bene ogni singola prenotazione prima di spedirla.
