### 1/5 — App barely does anything...blank or in Chinese

A lot of the app is in Chinese. Parts of the app don’t work such as a birthday. The settings area is impossible to use as it is mostly blank with some icons that open blank screens. Terrible app. And pairing it is next to impossible.

App does not work since update. I deleted and reinstalled app and had to create a new profile to log in. Once I was in I could not sync the tracker. Is the tracker outdated or is the app is garbage?  Very frustrated!!

I have not been able to get onto the app sense the recent upgrade. Tried changing batteries and also deleted app from phone and re applied app to phone...still nothing! Very Upset!! Any suggestions?

Have gotten into the new app...but it will not pair the tracker.
