However the app itself is a bit arcane and could use a few UX improvements. Some of buttons (like the comment box) are cut off, the design is a bit outdated, and the app has crashed on me more than once. Comments also occasionally fail to load, but when I leave the app and then return again, all of the product feedback appears. It doesn’t load and let me actually see anything. And near the middle of the screen it says “Ignite Your Pleasure” and underneath that it says “Exception:Exception”. I was really excited to see what I could find on here but it just stays on that same pink screen. Hopefully this can get fixed so I can use the app! ### 1/5 — Worst customer service *2023-01-12* I ordered a toy and it never came to my house, i messaged through the app and emailed them. Now yes the usps website says it was delivered and no i still literally do not have the item i ordered. JoyHouse took a whole 24 hours to get back to me and all the said was “the USPS says it was delivered” not even try to figure out what happened or anything. Im really disappointed.
