Also when you do pay for a weekly membership you don’t get berthing free just the stupid short stories. You get an allotted amount of coins daily/weekly (can’t figure it out due to poor wording) to read the actual novels. So I started a longer novel not knowing this & now I can’t finish it and I spent $20 for a weekly subscription. They are crooks like any other one of these apps. It is not easy to cancel any subscription in the app itself and I cannot see it under my subscription center so how was I supposed to know that it was even there? Seriously do not even bother getting this app and if you do DO NOT do any subscriptions ### 1/5 — Can’t cancel *2026-07-06* This app is impossible to cancel, and while there are interesting stories to read, it’s a scam. The ‘subscription’ didn’t show up on my Apple Account or anywhere else, meaning I couldn’t just ‘cancel with the account I purchased with’ like their app unhelpfully suggests. I’ve had to work with my bank to cancel the card and end a weekly transaction. Don’t do it, not worth it. I deleted the app right after I cancelled the subscription. I subscribed on September 2nd and right after reading part of a book and not able to finish it due to the subscription only being for short stories I immediately cancelled it as I was really interested in the one book yet couldn’t even read it ### 1/5 — No way to cancel *2026-09-06* I have been trying to cancel my subscription and there is no way to do it. Despite downloading the app through my Apple account the only record I have of the transaction is my credit card statement. The help center says to cancel through my Apple account but there is no subscription listed and I have no receipt for the transaction either. This is ridiculous I’ve had to revoke payment authorization through my bank just so I won’t be charged again ### 1/5 — No way to cancel *2026-09-06* It says in the "how do I cancel" section to go through Apples App Store.
