Money is still leaving my account when I have cancelled my subscription! No one is getting back to me! I’ve changed my card on my Apple wallet and they’re still trying to take money out! CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION NOW! IVE REPORTED TO MY BANK AND APPLE!!!

I love this app and I would love to do a whole year membership, but not until the bugs are fixed. 
It gives error between episodes. And so I have to swipe it couple of times. 
And now I’m trying to get into it and I can’t because it gives me an error. It keeps saying “failed to create visitors information please try again” and it doesn’t work. I didn’t want to do a bad review but I had no choice because I couldn’t open it anymore and give feedbacks 
Tried to re-install but it’s not working for me and I paid for a week. What a waste of money!

This app freezes between scenes. It doesn’t play any of the shorts very well. These are also not short shows. It’s listening to an audiobook with pictures. Do not waste your money on this garbage.
