It’s gets the job done! I can easily pull up my financial information and make adjustments as needed. My only annoyance is that a few months ago FaceID stopped working for me, the icon taunts me every time I open the app lol.

Very Poor Apps cannot be accessed and always crashing. Customer Service should be 24/7 to help. Answering machine said I get somebody but nobody answers and then it will say we are closed. Even Saturday supposed to be they are until 5:30pm EST. Nobody to fixed this Poor Apps. Please do something.

I have contacted JP Morgan countless times over the past year without any success. They can’t even run their website or app right, why would anyone invest with these stupid people.
