I have only had to delete the app and reload it several times. And if you send an email to a diff person on the Securus app it deletes your draft on the JPay app. And vice versa. You always have to copy and paste your letter into to notes halfway thru writing or else it will log you out of your session and draft just disappears. Or it won’t save half of what you wrote and. Log you out. But really stupid how it deletes the draft if your on JPay or Securus. You can’t delete contacts in Securus app but you can via JPay app and it will delete them on your Securus smh. ### 1/5 — Money transfer issues *2026-06-20, version 26.3.0* I have been trying to send money for a while now but I can’t even log in. It keeps telling me the inmate number doesn’t exist and I know for sure it’s correct. What is going on with this? Says I need to provide my age but won’t go past that screen to give me an option and it says my email is invalid on the app. I can log in online with the same email and password, but the app won’t let me.
