The UI is super simple, clean, and easy to navigate, which makes the whole process of finding items, checking details, and buying them really easy. The prices are also a huge plus. Compared to Grailed and Depop, JPFans has much better prices on secondhand pieces, and you can find a lot of stuff that would cost way more on other platforms. The selection is great too, especially if you’re looking for harder-to-find pieces. I ordered a couple items from Mercari Japan through the app, and it was such a good experience ordering it! Very simple, easy, and effective. There is a large variety of items that you can buy through the app as well, so it was so exciting ordering some of my dream items for an affordable price through this app! And the shipping wait wasn't horrible at all! My package took around 2 weeks to get to my house in the US after ordering! I was provided product photos and was easily able to combine them to be shipped together. Browsing for the items on Jpfans was straightforward and I would recommend to anyone interested in Japan exclusive items such as rare anime figures, clothes and other collectables. When receiving my items they all came in tact and were properly packaged without any damage. Shipping can be expensive depending on how many items you order but they give regular discounts and such. Warehouse packing and Shipping time was also very quick being around 1 week. I’m not too familiar with the whole process but jpfans helps with their customer support service team who are there to help with any questions you may have about ordering buying shipping etc. packaging is very fast I bought my figure and right away the same day it was delivered to the JPwarehouse. If you are smart with what you search and bundle with their warehouse hold and you have quality import items delivered like if it was Amazon itself! ### 5/5 — Great and Reliable Experience with JPFans *2026-08-17, version 2.1.002* had a very good shopping experience with JPFans. I purchased a New Nintendo 3DS LL, and overall I was very satisfied with the service. One thing I really liked is that the platform fees are relatively low. They also offer an item verification service with either photos or video. I chose the photo verification service. The service basically provides three photos, which allow you to compare the actual item with what the seller described and showed in the listing. Personally, I would have liked to receive more photos or have some additional verification, especially for electronic devices. That said, I really appreciated the JPFans team’s attention to detail. When they noticed that the microSD card was not clearly shown or described, they contacted me and also communicated with the seller to clarify the situation. That gave me confidence that they were actually paying attention to the purchase rather than simply processing the order. The main downside for me was the shipping cost to the US. However, I understand that this is mostly related to the courier service rather than JPFans itself. In my particular case, I think I would have gotten better value from the shipping cost if I had purchased multiple or different types of items. On the positive side, JPFans kept the shipping timeline as promised, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend JPFans. My package initially did get sent back, but the support team was able to work it out. They helped me change my shipping method (for free!) and get my package smoothly. I also got free pictures of my package from the warehouse staff. Due to my package getting sent back, it took about two weeks for it to arrive, but it came without damage and exactly as described. I also really like the interface of the app, as it’s much easier to navigate compared to website-only proxies. It’s also less laggy compared to others. In all, JPFans is a very simple, beginner friendly, and helpful proxy service. Also the shipping rates are insane compared to competitors such as Amiami and others. I tried to get a refund for my order and they did absolutely nothing about it so if you don’t want to risk losing your money do not order from here. Most sellers on these platforms are individual users, and returns or exchanges are generally not supported. Therefore, when issues arise with an item, we cannot process a refund or return as a regular e-commerce retailer would – instead, we can only do our best to communicate and negotiate with the seller on your behalf. If you did not purchase our quality inspection service before the item arrived at the JPFans warehouse, the item would have been directly confirmed and stored in our warehouse. Credit Mall is honestly a steal and has made it possible to get some really good items for a great value. The app makes it easy to browse Japanese marketplaces, place orders, and track everything as it is processed and packaged. I also had a good experience with customer support when I had questions about my Credit Mall orders and shipping. They responded clearly and explained how the different package types work. One improvement I would suggest is making the shipping and consolidation rules for Credit Mall orders easier to understand before submitting them. Overall, JPFans has been a great way to shop for items from Japan. ### 5/5 — Recommend for buying exclusive merch from Japan!! *2026-08-24* I used Jpfans for 3 seperate times so far and have been satisfied all 3 of them. Its impossible to find Japan exclusive merch anywhere especially if its things like special/ old figures or smaller photo cards/ badges. Jpfans has it all! And ive found everything i wanted from there. The app is easy to understand and has English translations for the Japanese listings which i appreciate greatly as i cant understand any Japanese. The prices can be a little intimidating but considering the shipping and taxes fees for any packages from Japan i think Jpfans prices are very reasonable. Especially if you buy in bulk. The shipping is super fast and trustworthy. They offer pictures and videos of product to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. Which is fantastic. The only feedback i can give is, it would be nice if there is a way to communicate with the original seller (from Mercari jp or anywhere) as sometimes i have questions to ask to the seller and i really cant due to not being able to navigate the Japanese websites the products are from. If you’re looking for priced figurines how do you recommend this site though make sure to incorporate shipping into the final price. I recently got multiple Takara Tomy Beyblades for only around $11.32, which was crazy cheap. I also really like all the coupons and deals they give, especially the 80% discount on credit bank bundles and 30% off single packages. The app is also super easy to login to and set up, which makes everything less confusing. The only thing I wish was a little better is the international shipping price, it can be a little expensive sometimes, but honestly it’s nothing crazy.
