VERY BAD 👎🏻......

### 1/5 — Poor performance and unreliable GPS functionality

*2024-12-16, version 3.1.0*

The app is not functional as expected. The location cannot be detected, even after waiting for more than half an hour. This makes it impractical and a waste of government funds. How was this app approved for release when its performance is so poor? The GPS location for the branch cannot be detected and the app lags significantly

### 1/5 — Ad in a Government App?!

*2024-12-15, version 3.1.0*

One could wonder why Google Ad could show up at the bottom screen of the app? And this is an app developed by the Government of Malaysia.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2024-11-10, version 3.1.0*

What’s the point of having the app, when u need to physically be present there to scan the QR code that the RELA officer is holding to get a number.
You can do it on the app.

### 1/5 — Genuinely useless

*2025-08-06, version 3.1.0*

Not sure who’s idea this is, it’s very clear that not everyone has a phone especially the elderly. Could’ve use a simple numbering machine

### 1/5 — waste my storage, stupid system

*2025-08-04, version 3.1.0*

unnecessary apps, why make another apps, just use one apps for all. then turn on notification.. but when my number got called, it didn’t notify me then the officer just called once. then go to another number. when I go to counter, the officer said need to take another number which is in another 15 minutes and behind all other people q. basically start again, sit and be stupid again. we have another things to do .. conclusion! stupid apps

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Nice

*2023-06-19, version 2.0.4*

When the officer asked me to download this app in order to get into queue I was a bit annoyed thinking of the possible troubles I needed to go through when signing up and filling up details etc. But turned out it’s very simple to use. And very accurate too. I could just wait in the car while keeping an eye on my queue number without having to squeeze with others in jpj. I give jpj credit on this 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

### 5/5 — Better than Expected

*2022-10-26, version 1.0.6*

App was very good as it lets you know what time your number is and how long it will be. It was also very accurate for it

### 5/5 — Paperless and convenient

*2022-10-18, version 1.0.6*

Nice start to force malaysian to start on cashless and paperless. The apps is great and live. It will send u a notification when your number is near

### 4/5 — Its actually quite ok?

*2022-10-14, version 1.0.6*

I was annoyed that i have to download this apps in order to queue urghh thought its gonna be a longg time, i came at about 11am, the officer that stand in front of the JPJ level escalator ask me to download this apps and after review my appointment seconds later he instructs me to go to level 1 for my appointment and surprisingly this apps helps a lot during the waiting time which approximately 8 minutes,, my waiting are about 12 people and it took about 10 minutes before i was called for my appointment. So yeah overall 4 stars from me :)

### 3/5 — Flexibliity

*2026-01-08, version 3.1.0*

To JPJ Management and Dev team,

This apps should allow customer request more than 1 queue number at once.

### 3/5 — Why is t this part of myJPJ app ?

*2024-10-09, version 3.1.0*

This should be just a part of the main myJPJ app. Instead of making everyone download yet another app , just for queues. What a waste of space.

### 3/5 — Ok But Not Ok

*2024-06-18, version 3.0.1*

1.Gov app like JPJ should dev 1 super app for all.
2.JPJ dont have enough money??GOV app have ads??.
3.hire good developer to develop ur app..this app budak2 tadika also kan do better la kawan.

### 3/5 — 1 App for government services

*2024-05-14, version 2.0.7*

Its a good initiative and appreciate it. Would be nice if could unify all the government bodies to come up with 1 app. Frustrating each time there is a new app required to be downloaded. Moreover its waste of money for each department to develop an app. Be efficient please.

### 3/5 — Its ok i guess

*2023-06-14, version 2.0.4*

Okay going digital it just i am concerned people who doesn’t have good connection and a sudden need of downloading the app

My friend’s phone stuck on location loading due to unstable connection and have to use my phone for it. It’s a little to no obstacle though

### 3/5 — Has potential but…

*2021-11-28, version 1.0.5*

The app is developed (I assume) as a ticketing queue platform, replacing the old ticket paper pre-COVID. I used this app at JPJ Putrajaya and it was easy to install and the time tracking expected time to service is quite accurate. The app even notified you if your turn is about upcoming 15-20 min (which is quite appreciated). However, that’s all it is.

JPJ could have used this waiting period to let people key in their driving license/road tax details while waiting and seamlessly integrate it with the counter’s system - just so the officers require less information at the counter. It could have also expanded for other JPJ related e-Government services but… (this could actually happen in another 5-6 years time I guess).

So JPJ, while the app has potential, the services on the counter is still limited to 3 counters only at JPJ Putrajaya - the main branch next to the Minister’s office himself!

Customer facing public service like JPJ counters must improve first and the same time, move towards digitisation (which I do applaud their initiative like this app). The potential and MVP of the app should improve and added from time to time so that the rakyat could enjoy better service from our JPJ and other governmental agencies.
