Application – OTP Requirement

I would like to understand why OTP is required every time I log in, even though both password and PIN are already set for the application. Could you please clarify the necessity of OTP at each login?

Not able to login using password and pin

In new update not able to login using password and pin. For switching between family account every time asking for mobile opt and it becomes very tedious. Early er we are easily able to switch family account using password and pin.
