## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Stoped updating on December 31

*2024-01-04, version 3.0*

Had to contact Apple. Help was requested from the JP with no response. I’m
Incredibly disappointed as I have utilized the JP for many years.

### 1/5 — Broken - useless

*2023-03-12, version 2.0*

App is now 'broken'. Will not load any content. Given there have been no updates in at least 5 years guess this is no surprise. But, they certainly were happy to take our money for a 1 year subscription. Buyer beware.

### 1/5 — Navigation?

*2023-03-04, version 2.0*

I purchased an issue and all I got was a picture of the front page with no apparent ability to actually access and read full articles.

### 1/5 — Often crashes

*2020-04-10, version 2.0*

I am reading The JM Post using my iPad. I enjoy the content, and the two different view options of the paper. However that the app crashes quite often, requiring one to start over from the front page. Please fix this bug.

### 1/5 — This app crashes every time we use it. It is terrible.

*2020-02-07, version 2.0*

This app is terrible. It crashes all the time, every time we use it. They do not seem to want to bother updating it. It is overpriced and I love the paper but I am canceling our app subscription. We had sent countless emails to their customer service and ALL WERE IGNORED! Thanks for nothing.
SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!

### 1/5 — Headlines and nothing more

*2020-01-12, version 2.0*

There is no substance, no deep information to any of their news stories. They tell you what, when and sometimes who, but that’s it. It’s like news for 15-year-olds with short attention spans who only want to say, “did you hear what happened?” Read other news sources, you’ll do yourself a favor.

### 1/5 — Apple app. ----Not Jpost app.

*2016-02-17, version 1.1*

If you subscribe for the e-paper using this app, you pay Apple, $19.00 a month.
If you subscribe for the e-paper through the jpost website, you only pay $8.00 a month, have full functionality and access but is only available on a computer, not any IOS device.
A rip!! Subscribe through Jpost.

### 1/5 — Paid subscription

*2015-11-07, version 1.1*

Not an app at all . Just "buy subscription" page. No news.

### 2/5 — make Weekly subscription Once-Only optional

*2015-10-17*

make Weekly subscription Once-Only optional.
As a tourist passing through for a few weeks I only want to buy subscription a week at a time, not have it automatically renew and take from my credit card every week without obvious way presented that this can be easily cancelled.

### 3/5 — Jpost opposing views

*2024-07-20, version 3.0*

I’ve followed Jpost for a long time until I noted in the last year of always being upset by quotes and articles from Reuters and other sources with obviously anti-Semitic and anti-Israel views.
Jpost writers mostly good, but it must do better to serve its readers. as Illustrating both sides of a story is not journalism which is almost non-existent. This style is like Fox which use to be good.

## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Auxilio socorro ayudenme me nosviolan mis derechos civilesy humanos mandenme d $ponddineroisraeli

### 5/5 — Olive Tree

*2020-02-11, version 2.0*

Current events with Israel growths economy and infrastructure is important to me with updates on expansion project and political agenda facing the world today with up to the minute news of local events and weather and sports... thank you TJP...

### 5/5 — Fs&d

*2019-08-09, version 2.0*

Exceptional coverage by Y Bob

### 5/5 — Great App

*2018-09-18, version 2.0*

Getting the paper on a large IPad is very convenient, especially when traveling outside Israel
Love it

### 5/5 — Subscription to Daily Jerusalem Post

*2015-11-13, version 1.1*

Get actual daily edition of Jerusalem Post delivered daily. The app works flawlessly enlarging easily to read articles. The actual paper appears on your iPad or iPhone. You then easily expand print/articles to read them. It's that easy. Then just flip through the pages to read the paper...as easy to read as the paper edition.

### 3/5 — Not Easily visualized

*2024-02-05, version 3.0*

The image of the “newspaper “ can be expanded with 2 fingers which is nice. However the thumbnail pictures of the whole issue interfere with seeing the bottom of the article being viewed.

### 3/5 — No longer updates

*2016-01-08*

Last "news" reports 8/25/2015! Today in 1/7/16.

### 3/5 — Good and disappointing

*2015-01-23, version 1.0*

I agree completely with oakeyboy. The app works beautifully when you get the paper. I've been subscribed for a week. Didn't get a paper on Monday and again today on Friday. Also was not aware that the magazine was not included. This should be clear when purchasing a subscription.

### 3/5 — Finally like the printed newspaper

*2014-12-05, version 1.0*

The app is very good and finally gives me a real "printed paper" experience with my iPAD. I have been waiting for this. Quality news in a quality format! So, I subscribed for 6 months. Only after did see the magazine was not included in the Thursday edition. I hope this gets fixed. Also, this is my first Friday with the subscription, and the paper isn't available for download. Not sure what happened with that. I suggest subscribing to 1 month to start to assure the situation improves. However the format and news quality are excellent.
