パスワードの再設定が通信処理に失敗しました、続きで先に進めません。ログインできずに困っています。Wi-Fiを切ってもダメ、日を置いてもダメ。何十回もチャレンジしてます。

他のアプリや通信に全く問題ない状態でもこのアプリ起動させると、設定情報の取得に失敗したから電波の良い所でやり直せとエラーが出て全く使えない。
チェックインの際に便利かと思ったのでインストールしてみたがどうにもならない。
他にも同様の症状訴えている人も居るようなので、ちゃんとデバッグしてからリリースして欲しい。

JRホテルズは良いところが多いので良く使うのですが、正直言って宿泊施設の検索速度は遅いというしかありません。他社アプリは検索ボタンを押してから大体1-2秒で結果を出してくれますが、このアプリは最悪30秒以上かかった挙句、案件があるのに『ゼロ件』とか平気で言ってきます。内部処理が重いのではないかと思います。ここは是非とも何らかの改善を望みます。

もう一つ是非とも要望。
ポイントの獲得、利用履歴がわかるとなお良いです。ポイント付与のタイミングはホテルブランドによって結構バラツキがあり、どのホテルのポイントが加算されたのか、どこがまだなのかの確認が難しい。この点改善いただくとより使い勝手は良くなります。

画面が表示されるまで時間がかなり、タップしても動かなくなることが度々ある。
アプリの不具合かと思い、何度アンインストールしてインストールしなおしても改善せず。
予約できるホテルは良いのに、アプリの動作がダメなので非常に残念。

宿泊者情報変更や領収書の発行はアプリで出来ず、
宿泊者情報変更の為のサイトも、ログインIDは勝手な決められたアルファベットでログインしなければならず、やっとログインしたと思ったら、
宿泊者情報の変更は
「Web決済（JTB Book&Pay）でのご予約は予約変更ができません。」と出るし、本当に使い勝手が悪いです。

UIがひど過ぎます。webでクーポンをエサにインストールを促していますが、クーポンはアプリに反映されない、クーポンの取得はアプリ上でできないでストレスフルです。
宿泊検索はなぜ毎回検索をかけるのですか？条件を全て登録する前に検索をかけないでください、webで予約したほうが100倍楽です。ポイントを支払ってにユーザーの体験を悪くするメリットがよくわかりません
