イベント内の抽選に当たった試しがない。あるイベントで何度も抽選があったが1つも当たらない…、でも家族は同じものが複数当たっていたので平等に当たるようにして欲しい。

私は競馬しないので
子供の遊び場を予約する為に
アプリをダウンロードしましたが
現地でしかアプリが起動しないようで
現地に行かないと
予約完売なのかどうかもわかりません。
案の定いってみたら完売していて
競馬に興味はないのに
駐車場代だけ取られる羽目に。
子連れだから地獄の様でした。現地以外からも状況分かるようにしてほしいです。

予約できない、意味がないと低評価の方が多いですが、競馬場に行くことが決まっていて現地でのイベントに参加するためのアプリなので…
ディズニーのビッグバンドビートの抽選をイメージすると分かりやすいかも
今まで炎天下や極寒の中で先着順の整理券をもらうために並んでいたのがこのアプリになって非常に便利になりました

現地でないと予約できないということに不満のレビューが多いみたいですが、無料イベントもある中で家でホイホイ取れてたら、取るだけ取って行かないとかあるのでしょうから、その対策でしょう。整理券や抽選のために並ばないようにしていただくだけでありがたいシステムだと思いますよ。運営がもう少しその辺の意図を説明にはっきり書けば済むのでは。
