Integrated smart watches easier for HR tracking ### 5/5 — Frustrated *2026-07-27, version 2.26.0* This app is useless. The entertainment section is not working and I have rebooted both my schwin recumbent bike and my iPad. There is no customer service. The online help does not provide a phone number or link. I am really disappointed. The app had been working until yesterday. It worked for 15 minutes, then shut off the music turned off. How disappointing ### 3/5 — Meh *2026-07-16, version 2.26.0* has potential but for the price they ask. not worth it ### 3/5 — Not fully able to use *2026-07-01, version 2.26.0* I can’t fully give the best review because I can only seem to use the app on my treadmill and it’s BXT6 model and I just learned about the JRNY app when I was looking for indoor bike so I decided to do the trial and purchased a BowFlex Velocore and I can’t use it on the BowFlex Velocore it says upgrade and it won’t allow me mirror from my phone, can’t get the Zwift app to work on it either so my trial is not working as I had hoped ### 1/5 — Maintenance Reminder *2026-06-18, version 2.26.0* The Bowflex JRNY maintenance reminder pops up every single time, every single time! Every time that it connects to Bluetooth. No associated schedule or timetable in which you need to see just what actually needs maintenance to be done. Improvement is visible. ### 2/5 — Shouldn’t be an app *2026-06-10, version 2.26.0* The app is fine and mostly does what it claims to, but there’s no way it should cost $13/month. All the functionality should be included either on the machine or in a free app that is bundled with the original purchase price. Paying an expensive subscription so I can use basic functionality on piece of equipment that cost $1,000 is insane. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work for m7 *2026-06-08, version 2.26.0* I am very frustrated that I can no longer use the bowflex app to track my workouts with my M7. This new app no longer supports the older machines.
