After updating, the app either fails to open or crashes frequently, making it impossible to access banking services. This is extremely frustrating, especially for users who rely on the app for daily transactions. The app was working fine before the update, but now it’s filled with bugs and slow performance. Even reinstalling doesn’t solve the issue. JS Bank needs to fix these problems immediately to restore user confidence. Until then, this update has made digital banking a hassle instead of a convenience. The app keep crashing at the start on my iphone 7 running on IOS 15.8.8. Talked to their customer rep Muhammad Hashir about this issue who straight away said that my phone OS is not compatible and I must try another device. However on app store, it still says JS app is compatible with IOS 15.0 or higher for iphones. I wanted to share the screenshot of the conversation with Muhammad Hashir but its not allowed. This has never happened before. Previously, money was deposited within 10 minutes. And today is the fourth day, money has not been deposited in my account.
