This new App isn’t working properly for me. I have multiple accounts & after opening a new joint account it isn’t visible. This absolutely makes me want to switch banks!

The new update is horrible. I can not get on the app at all, everytime I try to it says completing app update and that’s it. It stays there so long my phone goes black. I just wanna check my account but it’s impossible to do that with the way yall made the app now.

Please, PLEASE make your OnLine Banking User Experience LESS Cumbersome and Input-Intensive.  A simple banking transaction should never be more than three (3) clicks after signing in. Currently, my intended transaction is NOT complete after FAR TOO MANY successive key entries and much back-tracking. Secure Transactions are one thing, but, FRUSTRATING transactions are another. Please streamline, update, revise, implement a more satisfying online banking experience. Many thanks, in advance.

This is a great app and any time I have an issue I actually speak to a real live person at the bank and get quick resolution. A welcome change from the big bank experience.
