All of the features on this app don’t work, and it needs fixing.

I can’t file a maintenance report

The calendar feature doesn’t work
And I keep getting notifications on this app to make sure I’ve paid my rent (I have, so it just jump scares me)

I keep getting kicked out of the app, even though I just logged in for the first time and haven’t been able to use it at all.

The display of the rent payment page is not concise, totally a bad design - difficult to see any details, the operation of payment has also become very complicated, hard to select the blank. This kind of new version is totally make me confused.
