Also, no way to turn off the menstrual period calculator when it is irrelevant to me. I have already done the factory reset. Didn’t help. It will connect for a minute then disconnect again. Also, when I am wearing the ring, if I walk away from (or shut) the box that it charges in, it disconnects. The most recent problem though is that it is saying the battery is low and to charge it. How is it still at 0% charged when it has been charging for an hour? (Charger and charger box both work). The ring and the box were both lighting up while charging. I set it up, charged it overnight, wore it the next day for a few hours. I was surprised to see that the data appeared near accurate in the app. I’m looking forward to using it and hope it doesn’t turn out to be a lemon! My only issue is there’s no enclosed case to charge or store the ring. It sits loosely on a small disc to charge.
