I now have two rings and a bracelet. They are absolutely beautiful. I can’t get over the quality and the sparkle. I will not buy anything but these diamonds please don’t hesitate. Their customer service is phenomenal. I he quality of my pieces rings and earrings. They are worth the money and so beautifully made that are priced so well, that I am ordering the Tanzanite and Zircon earrings. I really love Jewelry TV and a long time customer! ### 1/5 — No google login *2024-04-17, version 3.4.16* I registered my account with my google login, but once I downloaded the app there was only the facebook and apple login options. I went back to my phone browser to see if I could create a password and login with that on the app, but there’s no way to do that. I tried logging into the app with my google password, and that didn’t work either. So I just can’t use the app. ### 1/5 — Ugh *2023-09-03* I absolutely LOVE shopping JTV, but this app leaves much to be desired. It doesn’t transition smoothly, it’s not easy to go back to a previous page once you move forward, and viewing past orders is a NIGHTMARE, especially if you have items with jewelsafe. Yesterday, after I logged in to try and view my lists, I had to go back about 20 times just to get to the screen where the navigation buttons are at the bottom because the bar doesn’t float. The buttons are present when you first open the app, but once you click on anything (sign in, lists, bag, etc), those navigation buttons go away and you can only get back to them by using the back arrow OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER. I’m convinced no JTV employees use their own app because there’s no way y’all can know this is so low grade Windows 95, and still do nothing. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. I've deleted it three times and added back but I get error message every time. I cannot pay on my orders like before, shop like before, nor get it to work period. It's definitely the app because if I go online that way works fine. It use to work great but since Labor Day it's crap. Can't use AT ALL. It has been doing it since I downloaded the app. I do not usually write reviews but this has got into my nerves. Please update the app. I also keep logging in when I opted for the face ID so it should be less hassle to me but for some reason it doesn’t work that is why i have to keep typing my password. ### 1/5 — Update the bugs! *2018-10-24, version 3.1.7* I adore JTV. I hate their app. Example of the issue. I search for Garnet rings and filter by price. If I click into a ring I want to see more information on, no problem. The issue is, once you are in a product listing, you cannot back out. It takes you back to the home page!!! And have to start over. I’m about done shopping with them, simply because they do not bother to fix what is broken. ### 1/5 — This app has major problems *2018-01-01* I spent over an hour browsing and adding items to my cart. The shopping was so frustrating. The back button didn't work, the app was slow, if I looked at an item and hit the back button, it took me to the top of the page instead of where I left off browsing. The problems went on and on. I finally went to check out, had $250 in my cart. One of the items said it had a 25% discount to be applied in the card, but it wasn't applied. I clicked on the payment plan to read what it said, hit the back button, and it took me to some strange page I’d never been on. I got fed up and just signed out without buying anything.
