Have tried to access class timetable multiple times and as of yet nothing gives information I require.

No longer runs or functions after last iPhone update, which is a shame as on the whole, not a bad application.

I’ve been trying to change my phone number and email details but it keeps saying failed

Generally the app is good displaying information, messages, booking classes. What lets it down miserably is it is unable to display you Lyme card to gain access to gym service, entrance, etc. which is what most people use it for.  Fix this and it gets 5 star rating!!!

Very slow. Unable to book 7 days in advance until near the end of the day. Have to scroll through everything to find what you are trying to book. When looking at the swimming timetable the screen goes completely black. Unable to book before 8 am for the wellness centre although it opens and is used from 6.30 am
