Tried contacting the company and their servers have been down and there is no way to contact them. Better to go with an excel sheet to be honest!!! ### 1/5 — Paid for nothing *2023-04-01, version 1.2.123* App kept saying I didn’t have a subscription. So it would not let me do anything although it took my money. ### 1/5 — Non-declared pricing uplift required for teams of 5 or more events *2022-11-07, version 1.2.123* We hosted a small event requiring 5 teams. As we tried to enter the 5th team, the app required us to pay $137 to upgrade. We were already committed to using the app for our event that was about to commence. We reluctantly paid and then discovered a bug that meant judges could score. We subsequently sent emails to the developer and have had no response to a request for refund. Perhaps they will respond to this review. We had several events to be judged by different sets of judges and needed something that was easy for them to use and also easy on the back-end for quick turnaround of results. I could not be happier with how it went. All went smoothly, I had instant access to outcomes so we could announce winners immediately, and I received many unprompted positive comments from the judges about “what a great little app this is!” I had a couple of questions for the app developers in the lead-up to check my thinking on set-up and their customer service was outstanding with a quick turnaround on responses that were helpful.
