Certain screens like the price look up screen would just keep jumping back to the home screen as you were trying to type in a medication. What a waste of time….. ### 1/5 — Wow *2026-01-03, version 1.87.36* Two minutes with this app and it’s already malfunctioning. As others have mentioned, getting the keyboard out of the way so you can enter your member id number is tricky. I'm not entirely sure how I finally managed to get it to move so I could enter my number then only to be informed that it couldn't validate my information. 30 minutes later and I still have not received the email to reset my password... It won’t allow autofill so you have to try and recall items, type them, or copy and paste. Every time you have to start all over. Very user unfriendly. Not only that but the help desk is of no help. I can’t autofill my username and password at login 2. I can’t switch apps while on the login screen to copy my password, because the app resets back to the welcome page 3. I can’t add my pharmacy card to my Apple wallet It’s 2025 by the way. ### 1/5 — Can’t Sign In *2025-03-04* I use a password manager for everything. When I attempt to sign in the app, select my password manager, the app resets to the main screen. Cannot get connected to online delivery site or even the documents. So if you want to (for instance) copy a drug name from an email, when you return to the app it forgets where you were and puts you back on the home page. You can’t look up prices for drugs like birth control if you are a man. Meaning I cannot look up the price of my wife’s birth control because I personally can’t take it. What?!? I do not trust this company to keep my information safe if they are so lacking in basic quality control. ### 1/5 — App resets state when switching between apps *2025-01-08, version 1.84.10* Was attempting to create a new account and when grabbing the emailed verification code the app reset its state and took me back to the login/create account page… ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Frustrating login experience – Face ID doesn’t work *2026-05-01* This app is incredibly frustrating to use. The login process is difficult and inconsistent, which defeats the purpose of having a mobile app in the first place. The biggest issue is Face ID — it tells you to enable it after logging in, but the setting never actually saves. So every time you open the app, you’re forced to manually log in again. For something as basic as accessing pharmacy information, this should be seamless. Instead, it’s a constant hassle. Please fix the login issues and make Face ID actually work. ### 1/5 — Terrible login functionality *2026-04-30, version 1.93.0* Every time I enable Face ID within the app, it NEVER saves the setting for the next login attempt. I’ll press Face ID and it’ll say to enable it in settings. Vicious cycle. App v1.93.0 iOS v26.4.2 on iPhone 16 ### 1/5 — Buggy *2026-04-26* Does not play nicely with password manager (won’t let my email id paste or autofill, also won’t accept keyboard shortcuts so I have to type email out manually. When I go to history at the bottom of the app and then click the drop-down for the members, it only shows two of us in the dropdown. There’s no way to scroll or show the third person. Mine currently only shows myself and my son but my husband doesn’t show up even though he’s listed on the plan. It’s been like this for about six months.
