This app has totally changed my perspective on life. The AM questions kick start my day and allow me to focus on both my health through exercise and also my mental well being through gratitude and just having fun with the elements of play. While the PM questions allow me to reflect, plan and unwind. All that are critical in my stressful corporate life. Highly recommend for those looking to get their life in order and to assist in being genuinely happy each and every day.
