### 4/5 — One thing though-

*2026-08-10, version 2.6.6*

I do wish that there were more specifics to the illustrations and examples of what the workouts are supposed to do and target. I had to google how to hit these workouts more effectively because the app wasn’t as thorough in its explanation

### 4/5 — The ideal coach for people like me

*2026-06-30*

I’ve been using Juggernaut for nearly 5 years now. I’ve done strongman and powerlifting. In power lifting it helped me set PRs and get competition ready. In strongman it helps me stay trained in case something comes up.

If you’re honest with your feedback and your goals it will help you get strong, stay strong, and use your strength.

The only downside is the app can be buggy, with multiple loading screens, and numbers not populating. I also wish I could mute the rest timer, which is a common theme among users. Nothing worse than hyping up to a song and you get interrupted by a timer.

Other than that, this is app perfect for me to stay dedicated without having to talk to anyone.

### 4/5 — Great product, poor price

*2026-02-22, version 2.5.11*

I love everything about Juggernaut. It keeps you on track with a solid plan and has a timer to make sure you get the necessary rest between reps.
I just wish the price point wasn’t so high. Had to find a different app because $35 just wasn’t working for me.

### 3/5 — What is with all the junk volume?

*2026-01-30, version 2.5.11*

Now don't get me wrong, I love this app, but it tends to not listen to me when I say every week "hey, really don't like doing 11-13 extra accessories on top of these heavy sets of my mains" yet I still get 11-13 sets of accessories most of which I have to switch out. Anyways, just wish this app was a bit more intensity over volume focused is all.

### 4/5 — Great app but could benefit from some fixes

*2026-01-25, version 2.5.11*

The app is great, I’m not a power lifter but use it to plan out my week. The issue I’ve found sometimes is, when the app suggests a weight but maybe I’m off I lower it and increase the reps it will suggest increasing the weight, then I do this again with my original weight it will increase it even further. It’s like it only looks at the reps not the weight.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-12-31, version 2.5.11*

I’m making great progress with it

### 5/5 — Juggernaut Ai review

*2025-12-22*

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this app/program. Well worth the money in my opinion. The dude at my gym who squats like 600lbs recommended this app and I ended up loving it. I’m an intermediate level lifter and have been lifting for a while. I have decent strength and size but have had a hard time breaking past certain numbers on my lift, and partly bc I never really followed a structured program and partly bc I’m a firefighter with a weird sleep schedule as well as many intense/physically demanding hobbies like wrestling/judo/BJJ and there aren’t really programs that cater to my unique situation. But this app/program is different. Love that it’s very customized to me and my needs, my level of recovery, how my body is feeling, and my feedback. It’s like having the most knowledgeable coach ever who knows my situation and is working to give me the best program. And not to mention, it is a FRACTION of the cost of hiring a legit coach who would probably still struggle to create such an in depth and extremely adaptable program catered to me. If you’re on the fence, just do it. A powerlifting coach can cost you hundreds a month and won’t give you this level of personalization. This is well worth the $35 a month.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2025-12-15, version 2.5.11*

Love the app and how it asks about if different muscles are tired or injured as well as sleep the night before and adjust your workout. I would like to see Apple Watch supported so you would need to keep phone on your person during workouts.

### 5/5 — The CHANGE I NEEDED!

*2025-12-01, version 2.5.11*

I have been using this program now for at least three years. I have used it during injuries and most recently post CarT infusion for the type of cancer I have. I do have a background in Fitness and have a better idea of my exercise selection, but for someone who has never had a program or guidance, this is one of the best programs I have used. The one thing that I will say, be honest, pre-and post out because this will dictate the level of difficulty for future workouts.

### 4/5 — Amazing but

*2025-10-13, version 2.5.8*

I’ve been using Juggernaut since 2020/2021. I really love the program but it gets a little frustrating when I need to change my meet day date, only by pushing it back by a few weeks or a month and having to change the meet date without completely resetting the entire program like clearing out my previously workouts I’ve already completed during that training block.

### 4/5 — Amazing

*2025-09-19, version 2.5.6*

App is amazing and is probably one of the best work out apps as far as progression and programming I just wish they had more dumbbell or home work out options. Heavily geared towards gym equipment only. But still an amazing app!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — 0

*2026-07-04, version 2.6.3*

Can’t even finish a workout without this app crashing and it cost 30+ a month and doesn’t even work properly.

### 1/5 — No help

*2026-05-23, version 2.6.2*

The program has one or two set up for you then you need to pick from a range of work outs. I was doing that to begin with so what’s the point of paying for it. SCAM

### 1/5 — Exactly what I don't need.

*2026-05-20, version 2.6.1*

I tell the App I do low bar squats, it has me doing high bar squats on first day. There's a bunch of random goofball lifts that straight people don't do. I will stick to my own program.

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2026-03-18*

I struggled to improve my bench press for three months. This app is not very helpful. Not worth it.

### 1/5 — YOU HAVE TO PAY

*2026-01-21, version 2.5.11*

Had no idea I had to pay just to have a workout plan until after I had signed in gave it my information.

### 1/5 — Injury rehab recommendations are worse than worthless, they’re negligent

*2026-01-02, version 2.5.11*

Why does it ask you if you are rehabing an injury or if your muscle groups are fatigued if the app prescribes you to squat every session anyway?
The hardest part of the upper body days are the squats at the beginning.

### 1/5 — No trial, expects fee higher than some gyms

*2025-11-11, version 2.5.11*

This app looked like everything I needed. But, the photos were minimal in helping me understand how the app worked. If you’re not going to offer a trial, you have to be thorough in the screen shots and examples of what the app provides and how it actually works, especially if you are charging more per month for the app subscription than some of us pay for a gym membership.

### 1/5 — Cost more then most gyms

*2025-10-24, version 2.5.8*

$35 a month is way to expensive for this. And it’s super shady that you can’t even try a trial before being forced to give them money.

### 1/5 — Bait

*2025-09-30, version 2.5.8*

You fill out a whole survey to only be charged a fee. No trial.

### 1/5 — Low life business practices

*2025-04-20, version 2.3.8*

I sincerely hate how this app tries to sucker you into paying $35 a month for extremely basic program customizations.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great programming!

*2026-07-29, version 2.6.6*

I’m an experienced weightlifter with decades of training. I’ve been using this app for the past two years and have achieved new PRs even at 50. Great programming!

### 5/5 — Amazing app but at a cost

*2026-06-27*

This app is amazing. I used a few years ago in its original version. I got to my goals then I went to something less pricey. After 3 years of bouncing back and forth between apps, and programs. I’ve come back to the new version and it’s still as amazing. It’s well built and user friendly. If you know how to train and have access to a gym. You can save a lot by getting the app over a personal trainer. You also have to be disciplined and enter the data properly.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-05-26, version 2.6.2*

Would have never imagined the app would be so worth it

### 5/5 — Best app ever.

*2026-05-15, version 2.6.1*

Better than pornhub even.

### 5/5 — Great app if you’re into this sort of thing ;)

*2026-05-02, version 2.6.0*

I used this app a few years ago with great results. Slipped out of it, buried myself in work, and came back to it. Offers videos for every lift or exercise. You enter your rate of perceived exertion, reps in reserve, and it will help calculate your weights you should use. Also asks about different body areas being sore, sleep, nutrition, to curtail or dial back. It’s helpful to have a little bit of weightlifting experience but not necessary to have ever competed or anything. Love the app. Glad to be back with it

### 5/5 — Numerous PR’s

*2026-04-06, version 2.5.11*

I’ve had this app for a little over a year and a half done several training cycles with it and have PR every single time in my three main lift. The app is simple to use effective the videos and instructional methods are excellent the ability to choose different workouts based on time energy, an injury or just personal preference is also excellent. This app is top-tier 10 out of 10.

### 5/5 — Effective

*2026-03-31, version 2.5.11*

Very effective to help build muscle and strength. Currently using it for the 4th time to prep for a powerlifting meet because I know how effective and efficient it is. Takes all the guess work out of your programming as long as you roughly know what you’re doing in the gym. Interface is easy to use with tons of variability to fit what you need for your program. Overall highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Like the programming

*2026-03-23, version 2.5.11*

Like the AI learning and programming and hoping this will help break some
Plateaus

### 5/5 — This is the future of powerlifting.

*2026-03-23, version 2.5.11*

This app is ahead of its time. I trained using the app for my first powerlifting meet and man I had unbelievable all time PRs on the platform, I was genuinely shocked at how strong I got.

### 5/5 — Construir força

*2026-02-11*

Ótimo
