### 5/5 — What I have been looking for!

*2023-04-03*

This app is awesome! If you are looking to improve you bjj game these workouts are right on par. The only issue is if you don’t have the equipment. Most gyms will.

### 5/5 — 40 yr old BJJ life saver !

*2023-03-08*

Hey everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to talk about how Juggernaut BJJ has changed my game as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete in my 40s. When I started training BJJ, I was excited to learn the techniques and be a part of the community, but as time went on, I started to struggle with injury and burnout. That's when I discovered Juggernaut BJJ, and I have never looked back.

The app has been a game-changer for me, giving me access to high-quality instructional videos and training plans that are designed specifically for athletes like me who are in their 40s. The focus is on injury prevention and longevity, which has allowed me to train harder and smarter without feeling like I'm putting my body at risk.

The app is easy to use and navigate, with a wide range of techniques and drills that are broken down step-by-step. The videos are filmed in high-definition and are taught by some of the best coaches in the game, so I always know that I'm learning from the best.

Since I started using Juggernaut BJJ, I've noticed a significant improvement in my game. I feel stronger, more flexible, and more confident on the mats. I've been able to compete at a higher level and have even started to take home some medals.

If you're an athlete in your 40s or beyond, I highly recommend giving Juggernaut BJJ a try. It's a game-changer that can help take your game to the next level while keeping you healthy and injury-free. Trust me, your body will thank you for it.

### 5/5 — Best bet for bjj s&c training in 20 years of my bjj.

*2023-02-01, version 1.1.6*

I started training in 2001 and have tried everything out there from 5-3-1, Starting Strength, Westside Method, and on and on. The Juggernaut Bjj app has been the best thing to come out for the bjj athlete looking to mix in the gym. I love how the app regulates all the various elements of training to help you not overtrain.

### 5/5 — Juggernaut

*2023-01-25, version 1.1.6*

Best program and app hands down
(No not reviews either)

### 5/5 — Great Program for a Master!!!

*2023-01-16*

As a former Power Lifter who is now into BJJ, this program (Lifestyle Option) is a great mix of mobility, strength and endurance. It still incorporates the heavy lifts you are used to, but adds in some Mobility work and combo sets to work on endurance. As well as lifts that translate directly to you BJJ game. Looking forward to using this program long term to see how I progress.

### 5/5 — Simple and effective!

*2022-11-27, version 1.1.6*

As a black belt I can’t tell you how many programs I’ve done for lifting for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This is super simple and easy to follow and it tracks all of your progress. I couldn’t be happier with this choice.

### 5/5 — Five stars from a 40 year old black belt

*2022-10-01, version 1.1.6*

Cracking the code for how to combine lifting with Jiu Jitsu training is something many have attempted, but I think CWS may have finally done it. After years of my own attempts I still had trouble autotregulating my own efforts and would often either burn out or spin my wheels. The lifestyle program has helped me make my workouts shorter and more productive. I feel better prepared for the mats and have more energy overall. It really is the next best thing to having a knowledgeable coach writing a personalized program. Couldn’t be happier with the results.

### 5/5 — Love the app!

*2022-06-13*

As a 52 yr old white belt, powerlifting, fighting Father Time guy, I love the amount of work built into the training. They’ve found the perfect balance to help me improve without too much volume.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2022-05-30*

Only complaint odds that it kills my battery. But everything else makes it absolutely worth it

### 5/5 — The best of the best

*2022-02-23, version 1.1.0*

No words the best app ever!!!!

### 5/5 — Real Division One Stuff

*2022-02-20*

I was a DI athlete in college and this app is the closest I’ve gotten for this price range to having a full DI S&C program. Highest quality stuff out there for a very fair price.

### 5/5 — Top Notch All Around Program

*2022-02-03, version 1.1.0*

I have been using the JuggernautBJJ AI app for several weeks now and am loving it! I have a background in strength and conditioning coaching, as well as a current physical therapy career, so I am a bit hard on the programs of many apps. Using the Lifestyle program from this app is unlike any of the generic, calisthenics, or bodybuilding centric programs on the scene. There is a thoughtfulness to the structure and it’s very adaptable to wherever I train. The easy switching of exercises, tracking, and structure work for my needs as a 40-something guy starting BJJ again. My PT side sees a balanced program that is targeting some of my weaknesses well, while my S&C side loves the kickass workout. Definitely take a look at Chad’s videos on the Juggernaut YouTube channel to see his thinking. Much love to the Juggernaut and Skynet teams for your hard work!

### 5/5 — BJJ gym programming

*2022-01-24, version 1.0.7*

Best complement to BJJ athletes out there who want to take their game to the next level. Tailored to your needs/goals, intuitive, well designed and above everything, effective.

### 5/5 — The Best!

*2022-01-18, version 1.0.6*

Every facet of improving your BJJ performance is covered. Mobility, strength, speed and endurance.

### 5/5 — Best fitness app period

*2021-12-22*

I have used several fitness/ strength training apps and not one of them compare to this one. So much detail and thought have been put not only into the app design but the design of the program. This is not just for jiu jitsu athletes. It’s for anyone who wants to improve themselves and make them a better athlete.

### 5/5 — AMAZING APP

*2021-12-21*

This app is extremely flexible and allows for all types of training goals from speed to strength to tournament prep! It also looks great and is easy to use and understand and has a massive video library that instructs me on how to perform the exercises!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App has problems

*2026-02-21*

Can’t scroll between workouts - very frustrating - no help available from developers

### 3/5 — Great but lackluster

*2025-01-11*

I love the app. But it is lackluster in terms of functions compared to the other juggernaut AI app. No apple health sync. No Garmin sync. Program development isn’t as immersive as the other app. It needs more attention.

### 3/5 — Buggy, needs update

*2024-11-04*

The content is great, but I had a lot of problems with “completed” workouts showing up again as not completed even though I had marked everything as finished. Latest release 2 years ago, and it doesn’t seem supported.

### 4/5 — Good but needs options

*2022-01-15*

All the programming is sound and the app is great, but I’m rating 4 stars as I will have to discontinue this until I switch gyms or make a home gym. The heavy use of combo sets makes a lot of the work difficult or impossible to do in a commercial gym setting. It would be nice to have an option to disable that or select programming that avoids combo sets or certain modalities all together. I understand you can swap some exercises, but in some cases my gym just doesn’t have things like medicine balls.

### 5/5 — Juggernaut bjj

*2026-06-06, version 1.1.9*

Show up to BJJ stronger, better conditioned, harder to break, and stop obsessing over programming

### 5/5 — BJJ workouts

*2026-03-19, version 1.1.9*

This app has been very helpful for me starting out in BJJ

### 5/5 — Not just for BJJ

*2025-11-21*

I do not participate in BJJ (although I have in the past). I am 41 years old and swim 3 x week while training using this app 2/3 x week. I’ve been using this program for the past year; my numbers have been going up, and my nagging injuries have been going down. Finally, I am an S&C coach/PE teacher at a college. I am well versed in creating training plans… and I can’t stress this enough, exposing yourself to other coaches programming is invaluable.

Thanks JTS!

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2025-08-18*

I’m the owner of a Jiujitsu Academy in a train about six days a week and this app has been really helpful with my strength gain my mobility and just my motivation.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2024-06-19, version 1.1.6*

This app is one of the best for improving BJJ.

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2024-03-12, version 1.1.6*

Perfect workout all for anyone serious about their BJJ performance. Amazing work

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Monthly calendar

*2023-12-05, version 1.1.6*

I would like to be able to consult a monthly/yearly calendar where I can see all the times I trained. It is the only thing missing for me.

### 5/5 — Game Changer

*2023-07-15*

You can never go wrong with Juggernaut Training Systems and their approach of working out. Keep in mind this is a strength and conditioning program for grapplers!!!!!! Prior to doing jiujitsu I was Into powerlifting and of course wanted to maximize my maxes. Once I started jiujitsu, I realized I couldn’t train as a powerlifter anymore. I needed something specific to be more agile, powerful, and mobile during my grappling sessions. Do I max the same amount in my lifts like before? No. Neither do I want to. But I am able to maintain enough strength, be powerful and built a stamina to grapple for hours. All the movements transfer to Jiujitsu movements and strengths. If you are a grappler and need a strength and conditioning program tailored to you, this is it!!

### 5/5 — Bjj training sessions

*2023-05-03*

For the weight sections it’s fantastic but for registering the bjj training it needs difficulty, round length for input data

### 5/5 — Seriously worth it

*2023-04-04, version 1.1.6*

This by far has been the best app especially coming back from a partial tear hamstring injury the program so far is absolutely

Will be using this for bjj competition preparation 👍👍👍👍
