5. Track the Jugnoo auto coming your way on the map.

I support the app because there is no other means of public transport in my area BUT there are many problems with the app like:
1. There are practically no riders available.
2. EVERY Rider is too lazy to come to the pickup point even you are 1 km away. Making excuses like kids and requesting to cancel the ride.
3. Rider calls me 10-15 minutes after using the app and I’m even not able to see that my ride is actually booked. There is no confirmation for that. 
4. You can’t change the pickup location in the app. I was facing issues.
5. Don’t know a third person called me to inform that there are no riders available in the city that too after 20 mins of waiting. 
6. I’ve tried 10-12 times to book a ride, got calls from 2-3 riders but as i said they were too disinterested and lazy to pick me up from the location. At the end i had to walk half of the distance then i called the rider then he came for only 1 km that too outside the app.
7. Lastly, the price changes from 30 to 60 even for 5 meters difference between drop locations.
Hopefully all these will get fixed next time when I’ll use the app.

The fare shown at the time of booking should be full and final. Sometimes the driver will ask for extra money, and will keep on insisting. Otherwise there will be additional charges - airport charges - for example, that get added at the end of the trip. If airport charges have to be added, then it should be shown at the time of booking not at the time of ending the trip. This shows that you are trying to take your customers for a ride. Pun intended. Please make money by providing good services, not by charging customers secretly. One star.

When I am opening scheduled rides option, in that option history is showing. Please fix it. Also chat option not working. Only one time I was able to chat, after chatting one time the message bar vanished. Please work on frontend in ios. Now there is no option to message in app so I am writing my issue here. Also  one email support option is there, when I am writing my issue there and clicking on submit then “ unable to send mail” error is coming. So many issues are there.

The app, does not allow you to book a ride even though you don’t I have not cancelled any rides yet. Being a new app user from a different country, this app did not work when not needed. Would now rely on different apps instead.

I downloaded the Jugnoo app yesterday mainly because of their referral offer. They clearly mentioned that once the referred person completes a ride, I would get two free ride unlocks. But nothing happened! When I reached out to customer care, instead of resolving the issue, the representative gave completely useless and nonsense responses.

This feels like a total scam and a very bad experience for me. If Jugnoo can’t keep their word on simple offers, how can anyone trust them for regular rides? Really disappointing and not at all customer-friendly.

Well, this app is good when I want to  travel but sometimes when I try to enter the place I want to visit, the app automatically closes and this has happened frequently. Please work on it .

I had high hopes for this app based on its features and overall concept. However, the experience has been frustrating due to constant crashes. Whether I’m navigating between screens or simply trying to book a ride, the app shuts down unexpectedly far too often.

It’s clear the developers put effort into the design and user interface, but stability should be the top priority. A beautiful app is of no use if it doesn’t function reliably. I hope the team takes user feedback seriously and pushes out a fix soon, because right now, it’s practically unusable.

Until the crashing issues are resolved, I can’t recommend this app—no matter how promising it looks on the surface.

This app is really the worst app because sometimes drivers are not available and all the time when drivers have accepted they are busy in their own calls while we are waiting for them to respond but still after calling number of times they don’t receive call neither they cancel the ride. And the amount which the app shows while booking the ride is less and while reaching the destination the amount charged is very much high than the one displayed while booking . So overall this is the worst app

Had a very disappointing experience with your service. The driver’s job is to drop passengers at their destination, not to engage in unnecessary personal conversations that make them uncomfortable. My sister was so disturbed by the questions and judgmental attitude that she called me crying.

This isn’t about one driver—it’s a problem with the mindset of many in Kashmir. A cab service should make passengers feel safe, not scrutinized. Your drivers have no right to comment on how someone dresses or what choices they make. Whether a woman covers her head or not is none of their business.

I could have filed a police complaint, but I know this behavior is common here. Still, it needs to change. Train your drivers to be professional—do the job, drive, and move on. We pay for a ride, not for unwanted opinions.

They take from long routes by saying that traffic is jam from the shorter distance and than over charge … when you mail the authority about it they say they will refund some amount back in 24-48 hours but then weeks pass and they don’t refund … when again asked about the refund they lie and say you have used the money which was refunded in jugnoo wallet … they are cheap company and the drivers are always over charging but taking longer routes .
