It locks you into a “In Process” phase so you’re trapped. You can maybe call the location but it just seems like a lot of work when you can simply add a “cancel order” when you know you made a mistake. ### 1/5 — Credit Card Info Bug *2024-12-20, version 2.4* 1 star. Doesn’t let you add a credit card. After entering all my card info they’re is no way of submitting info. While that’s fine and all, what I don’t think is fine, is that when I put that I am already a user and put in my email and information it’s telling me that my email is already been used? Well yeah it’s been used it’s mine! I understand it’s new system, but it is very frustrating not being able to use the app and potentially lose all my points and rewards because of it! ### 1/5 — Login nightmares *2023-04-07* The app does not work without jumping through many hoops. First, you are presented with a confusing migration screen on initial launch. Then, if you try to migrate an account, it doesn’t properly register your password, which leads to account lockouts. Finally, logging in from a new phone starts this loop all over again. What a bad user experience when I’m just trying to order a smoothie. ### 1/5 — INOP *2020-10-29, version 1.1.0* This app only works for regular smoothies. It never allows you to order a speciality drink. I havent modified it or anything and it shows error. Ive even contacted the store and they could carelesss, they wont take a phone order either. How much business are they losing? Mine for sure, I dont want to wait in a line of people when it can be avoided. ### 1/5 — Deleting app *2020-10-03, version 1.1.0* I did like the convenience of using the app but when I had trouble with an order (the store didn’t receive my app order so I had to pay twice. Once on app and in store.) I reached out to customer support on the Juice It Up app and they basically told me that they couldn’t help me even though my payment was processed through them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Don’t have an app if you can’t help customers when something goes wrong. ### 2/5 — network unreachable? *2022-09-05, version 1.2.0* every time I open the app while my phone internet is on the app never seems to be able to work it’ll constantly just say “network unreachable”. This app only seems to work when you are connected to wifi? ### 2/5 — Takes too long *2021-07-18, version 1.1.0* It’s so disappointing when you have to wait over 15 minutes to get a drink. And there were five people back there working. Not to be like a crybaby but that seems a bit ridiculous to me. And then I ask for extra bananas because I like the little chunks in my drink. And there was none.
