I tried placing an order to pickup and applepay doesn't work although it's an option. I then try using my credit card and the app freezes. I ended up going to the store to order. I tried to scany loyalty card on the ordering point of sale machine and that didn't work nor did the scanner at the register with an employee. Is there a way to retroactively receive the points that were lost from the update? And how do I accrue future points.
