Which was a couple days ago, I’m currently at 10k and I still haven’t gotten an email about the the prize I redeemed and I still haven’t heard back from them. I’ve spent hours on the app trying to get gems, even to the point to knowing every single answer in the trivia game. I wish they had staff who helped their users. I’m still struggling and no has come to help at all. I don’t understand how this app has almost 5 stars with horrible support and it doesn’t even give the rewards. ### 1/5 — Fake reviews *2021-06-13, version 1.8.0* I honestly haven’t even opened the game yet.
