I ordered several models with optimism the details would be accurate to the specs it said. All of them were lacking. I guess blind faith in a company I hadn’t heard of makes sense for that. But woof.

Every figure goes from your idea to a real, full-color custom piece, and the details should reflect what you saw on screen. Would not install after downloading I have an iPad. Perhaps there’s something that needs to be looked over because it seems that with this would be a interesting app to help me create my products based off my artwork now, unfortunately, I cannot do business with this company because of this. Is anyone else having this issue with the app as well because if so, the company needs to fix it because they will be losing money and that is all.

**Developer response:** Hi BlgchSheepShepherd, that sounds really frustrating. You downloaded the app, it won't install on your iPad, and you can already picture how you'd use it for your artwork. I ordered a small statue from them on 6/18 and as of 7/11 it still has not shown up. I understand that making custom things can take time but nearly a month of waiting with no progress update for something that is 3D printed is ridiculous. After contacting customer service they tried to tell me that my order numbers are invalid and then after sending a screenshot of my order they said “thanks we’ll look into this.” And then they stopped responding and after 7 days they delete the conversation. I contacted them again with screenshots of my order and the previous conversation and I got no reply and it’s been over a week again. Buyers beware, you may receive your order but for me this is a scam and I wing be wasting my money again.

**Developer response:** We're sorry you've been waiting since June 18 with no sign of your order. Having your order questioned, then watching that conversation disappear after a week of silence, is not acceptable on our end. Please send your order details and screenshots to support@jujubit.ai. We'll flag this as urgent and make sure someone gets back to you directly. Thank you for documenting everything and giving us another chance to respond.

### 1/5 — They start out well, but service took a nosedive fast

Warning: both myself and my friends have had issues with “Jujubit dot AI” where I got some custom minis. I do NOT recommend getting a mini from them. It might possibly arrive on time. It might actually look right. Or they may forget to make your mini, and it may arrive late. It also might show up done incorrectly, at which point they will no longer field your concerns or help find a solution. I had to get PayPal to step in for a refund because they doubled down on “we’re always right”

UPDATE in response to developers comments: They eventually responded and told me I was wrong. I also already had an arm break on one of the minis. I take very good care of them and these appear to be very brittle and fragile. I reached out and the agent started to respond only to cut off communication when I asked for a clear resolution to the broken mini. Reaching out to support will not be beneficial as I have already done so and it has gotten me nowhere.

UPDATE (after second developer comment): I did reach out about the broken mini. They acted like they were going to replace it and then decided not to, but for $8 per mini they said I can buy the OBJ files. That seems awfully steep until the alternative is to pay $30 per mini for them to print another and have them break again. Bad communication, false promises, and platitudes that are for saving face only. If I could give 0 stars I would.

A broken arm on a piece you cared for shouldn't happen, and being told to buy the OBJ file instead of getting help isn't the outcome we want for you. Please email support@jujubit.ai with your order details and photos of the break, and we will personally review this and follow up with a real resolution, not a scripted response. We know trust has to be earned back here, and we would like the chance to do that.

**Developer response:** Update: we've added a delete option. Go to My > Gallery, long-press any model, and a delete icon will appear. You can now keep only the designs you like. If you need further help clearing data, email support@jujubit.ai.

I didn’t get exactly as I had described. A little disappointed since I came across thinking this app would be able to accomplish the impossible and it seems that I was wrong.

I want to buy one of my toys but it’s $29 or $or $59. I’m so bad it takes away all my allowance money. I’m so mad about it besides that it’s really good.

Each piece is hand-refined by professional artists and full-color 3D printed, so there's real craftsmanship in every figure. I myself appreciate the core functionality and creative potential the app offers. It is a solid platform with a lot to like, but after consistent use, I believe there are three specific areas where minor improvements would significantly elevate the overall user experience and trust in the platform.

First and foremost, I strongly recommend adding password protection for security reasons, including Face ID integration. Given the sensitive nature of the content managed within this app, biometric or passcode authentication is essential if someone had managed to get a hold of your bank and account details as a whole. This layer of security would provide much-needed peace of mind for all users.

Secondly, the design workflow would benefit greatly from an add or delete function on your designs if you’re not happy with the outcome as a whole. Currently, the inability to easily remove or modify individual elements after creation can be frustrating and limits creative flexibility. A straightforward edit or delete option would make the design process far more intuitive and forgiving.

Lastly, please add a function that allows you to add and customize your profile picture other than the ones the app gives you from the start. Personalization is key to user engagement, and allowing custom uploads would help users feel more connected to their profiles and the community.

If you could implement these improvements, then I myself, including many others, would be more than happy with this app as a whole. The foundation is already strong, and addressing these points would make Juju Bit a truly top-tier iOS application as a whole

Prompts for small changes to specific things such as a hand or weapon completely change the entire model to something almost completely different. Adding a retry button or adding way to give feedback to the AI to fix prompts issues would be greatly appreciated

I love the customization qualities, however, I do wish you can delete past conversations and history that way people don’t steal your designs and OC characters, also I think there should be a future where this app can make your female character “ futa’s in addition to “use templates “ , but I think this app is really good so far it just needs to lower down the prices a bit & try going to match the same prices on Amazon just FYI. & also do similar qualities shipping. Like Amazon.

I generated a bunch of things and 2/3 of them came out perfectly! It really surprised me on how good this was!

Previously my review was based on my item not being delivered on time but it just now arrived and it’s quite phenomenal! It looks exactly like the 3d model generated from my 2D illustration. Thanks and apologies for my lack of patience.

Just bought 2 figures from this app, had technical difficulties with one, but customer support was very helpful and reliable, managed to get both figures in perfect condition

I generated more than 10 objects in this app and got all of them in less than 25days. I used it from the very first version to make my OC irl and realized it could fulfill almost every hobbies like dnd, lol and anime. The AI still needs to be improved but it is good enough and please keeps upgrading juju!
