We cycle through them and all are good in different ways, and some (I’m looking at you, Mexican pizza and Pear with Brie pizza) are transcendent. All of a sudden Tuesday 3/9/21 Jules disappeared from DoorDash. Then I started researching and found they started their own app/delivery service. That’s good, we love Jules and spend a lot of $, lots of meals so I download the app. Go to check ordering and find they don’t deliver to my area. We are about 4.5 miles away....but luckily there are TONS of other flatbread and pizza places very close to (and even farther away than Jules) so it’s their loss....and it will be significant. The app never updates with the driver’s location or time of delivery, so I’m left standing outside. The drivers never call when they arrive and one time left my pizza in a college dorm hall for anyone to take. Never using again! Every Jules I’ve been in has had really great customer service and the pizza, of course, is so creative and delicious. My personal favorites are the butternut squash, the pesto, and Kim’s pie, but I love them all.
