I have to double-check and ask again to make him reconsider which method to use for calculations. He struggles with memory retention, as he can suddenly change the direction of analysis during the dialogue and do things that are not desired. The subscription fee is also excessively high. The small number of reviews for this product is also concerning. ### 4/5 — Great, but missing landscape orientation on iPad *2024-12-10, version 1.0.42* I love the app and it is indeed very powerful. I work on my iPad Pro all the time and I use it attached to its magic keyboard. It is annoying that the Julius.ai interface only seems to work in portrait mode on the iPad. When the iPad is in landscape mode (for me that is 99% of the times) the app does not fill the screen and it is very, very small to read. This looks like an easy fix, which would add tremendous value in terms of usability. ### 4/5 — Accurate, but occasionally needs correction. *2024-12-05* It might just be because I use the free version, but it often mistranslates photos. For example, the problem in the photo will give the value 10 and it will use 19. Definitely not a huge issue, but be careful to double check the values it uses. However, to my and it seems many other’s dismay the iOS app has not opened or been able to load past the main interface screen for a week or more now. This company really gave me hope that they would be timely in their updates and adjustments but it seems as though even if I have paid for a subscription, access is NO LONGER ACTIVE. With hope, they will correct this very soon. Tech support has not responded for a week. The application is engaged in theft. ### 1/5 — Useless unless you pay *2024-04-22* I’m a college student and often use AI to explain the process to solve equations for my statistics class. This AI model is one of the most difficult and incompetent to work with, the free version at least. Its answers are always wrong and will only give the correct one if you reiterate at least 5 times which conveniently is half of the free messages. Don’t waste your time or money ChatGPT is free and just as smart. ### 2/5 — Plans Are Misleading *2026-05-07* It’s misleading. There are two different “limits” at play. Pro has no message limit (so there’s no fixed cap on how many messages you can send). But all plans are now credit based, and credits can run out. When your plan credits hit 0, you’ll be blocked until you have credits again. So you’re not waiting for “100 points” to unlock access. The 100 daily credits are a separate allowance that resets daily, but they don’t replace your Pro plan credits. Also, unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and don’t roll over, and you will see a reset date tied to your billing period ### 2/5 — App not opening *2024-12-19* Every time I try to open the app, it starts blinking.
