Cause using it on my phone does not work ### 1/5 — Not an App *2022-09-29, version 2.0* When are you guys going to develop a real app? The is a url posing as an app. It is the 21st century. Apps allow you to set up “Face ID” any other mechanisms that allow for quick access like your many competitors. This is no different than using a browser and going to a URL. After further thought, I would give it a 0 rating instead of 1 if I could. It has to be the worse app in the App Store. ### 1/5 — This app needs some attention *2021-01-16, version 2.0* The developers need to get to work on this app. It won’t load and appears to not have many updates for being 4+ years old. ### 1/5 — Not good *2018-04-14, version 1.5* This app is rough. Very slow response times. I can’t even remove an alert with in the app as the submit button is covered up by a navigation bar. The user interface is just about the worst I have experienced. Yikes. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2018-01-28, version 1.5* This app is garbage. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2017-11-17, version 1.5* The content in the app doesnt even fit a phone screen, which you would think would be one of the first things you would think about when programming a mobile app. Otherwise, extremely laggy and worthless for everything except checking your balance... half the things youre supposed to be able to click dont work, and if they do you get taken to another screen where you cant see the content. Hire a real app developer. ### 1/5 — Web page packaged as an app *2017-02-15, version 1.5* Pretty bad. Doesn't act or feel like a real app. Has a lag from touching an action to when something happens. For a financial 'app', this has minimal security, no Touch ID support, no auto log off, not even a layout menu for it. Interface very non-standard, not overly intuitive. Many times get stuck not being able to click a submit button because hidden behind bottom toolbar. Basically if you've selected or gotten stuck with a July account, your options are limited to this or the website - the website at least has full functionality. ### 5/5 — Info not fitting on iPhone *2020-08-29, version 2.0* I have not had this problem. It is great app. You have to scroll at the bottom right corner and you will be a to see everything. ### 5/5 — Great 401k App *2014-01-17, version 1.3* This is a great app for managing your 401k through JULY. Check your balance, see your investments, and plan and calculate your retirement income needs. I've also used the retirement calculator and really like.
