The camera was stuck in selfie mode when I tried to use it. Basically impossible.

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. The app is designed for the front facing (selfie) camera. Place your hand in the camera view and the scanning process with start automatically. Please reach out to customer support if you need more assistance.

Just to see if this fitting is even close, I tested it after checking my fitting on my 10 year old daughter.  It came up with XLarge jumbomax and then did it again and it said medium.   Will not be using this fitting tool.

I kept the same stats it asks for,  but just moved my hand at different lengths from camera and got 4 different measurements,  crazy app dosent work.
