### 3/5 — Lack of communication between android and iOS

Mostly we like the app but when we check in participants on the attendance and update, it doesn’t update across platforms. Staff with android phones don’t get updated when someone checks in a student on iPhone. Also, when you mark someone as absent in attendance, when you go to dismissal you have to dismiss the person who was marked as absent. Seems that dismissal doesn’t get information from attendance and that is frustrating. And information from dismissal also doesn’t update across platforms.

We definitely want everything to sync smoothly across Android and iOS. It sounds like something unexpected is happening for you, so we’d really appreciate if you could send us a quick email at support@jumbula.com with “App issue” in the title. That way, we can communicate and look into it more closely to resolve it as soon as possible.

As for the dismissal filter, there’s a setting inside the app’s Settings tab that lets you toggle it to only show attended participants on the dismissal screen. Hopefully that helps streamline things a bit!

A great complement to the browser based software/backend. Helpful to assign instructors (and any other role assigned) programs so they can login and access what they have permission to access. Attendance, roaster, allergies and medical, contact info, calendar view, upcoming programs. It’s great. Keep improving!
