Lost my discount *2024-04-06, version 4.0.29* Was invited by restaurant staff to use the app for a 20% discount. Spent 20 minutes at the end of what had been a lovely celebratory meal trying to get into the app. Kept failing. Staff didn’t even give the discount though they could see it was the fault of the app. Not impressed. Spoilt the end of the evening. Damaging to the Jumeirah brand. ### 1/5 — It does not work for check in *2023-04-26, version 4.0.14* There appears to be no support even in the support area unless you are interested in points ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2023-03-09* Jumeirah - get a new developer! Nothing works. Links are broken and features don’t load. Ended up booking a long term stay somewhere else given how bad your app is, and Joe challenging it is to make a booking. ### 1/5 — It doesn’t work *2022-10-08, version 3.0.11* You would expect more from a company like Jumeirah. The app simply doesn’t work. It’s terrible. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App and Website *2026-03-21, version 6.0.2* If you look at the history of the App, all the revisions are to fix bugs, the App and now your website is awful and just doesn’t work properly and hasn’t now for weeks, especially on mobile phones. Get it sorted and get a new company to design and manage these important parts of the company. Your hotels are fantastic, but this is ridiculous, you should be embarrassed by this. ### 1/5 — Impossible to use *2026-01-31* It doesn’t allow to make login ### 1/5 — Absolutely the worst *2026-01-11* This must be the worst app in the hospitality business. Just lost my business to book for a long term stay. Useless. ### 1/5 — Poor app for a high end hotel group *2025-06-29* Baffled that Jumeirah would put their name to this. It’s hard to understand how a premium brand like Jumeirah has ended up with an app this poor — it’s right up there with the infamous British Airways one (and we know who built that mess). Trying to do anything results in a never-ending loading circle. It’s not my WiFi — the app simply doesn’t work. AWFUL! The lack of functionality in the app is so frustrating. There are no links to restaurant menus, details of offers never work, you cannot get any details of reward vouchers you want to use, white blank screens when trying to redeem offers, which then in turn require you to close the app completely and restart!
