Why is everything so flashy? It doesn’t make my mouth watery with an urge to immediately spend 1m on a purchase i would never even think of. Pratiques commerciales trompeuses. Ils affichent des fiches produits mensongères avec de fausses caractéristiques techniques. Une fois le produit non conforme ou défectueux livré, leur service client refuse catégoriquement le remboursement en se cachant derrière des règles d'hygiène abusives pour contourner la loi. Pour couronner le tout, ils suppriment les commentaires des clients mécontents sur leurs réseaux sociaux. Dossier envoyé à la Direction du Commerce Intérieur (Jaloré). ### 1/5 — jumia is an overall scam *2026-06-17, version 18.8.0* it’s a shame jumia is still allowed to do business. 1- the false description of items is allowed on their platform. 2- the shipping time is ridiculous and never honored. 3- the return process is a nightmare, and usually ends up in refusal.
