July 2023??? You can’t look up a workout by length of time. I am not finding anywhere on the app routines that show boxer skip, cross over, double jump. Started with the YouTube videos. Then progressed to doing the free monthly workouts that you could download as a pdf. Had to set my own timers and such back then. Did shredded ninja before it in video format. Did a lot of jumping without JRD TV and jrd tv has been so awesome. I just open up the app each day and there is the workout to follow along with. Takes little to no planning on my part and love having someone to follow along with.
